Exporting Data

Sift lets you export your data in standard formats so you can use it in other tools — CRMs, spreadsheets, or calendar apps.

Export Options

Leads CSV Export

1. Go to Leads in the sidebar
2. Click the Export button in the top-right corner
3. A CSV file downloads with all your leads

The CSV includes:

• Name, email, phone
• Lead score and label (Hot/Warm/Cold)
• Source (Web Widget, SMS, or Email)
• AI-generated conversation summary
• Date created

Calendar ICS Export

1. Go to Calendar in the sidebar
2. Click Export
3. Select a date range
4. Download the .ics file

You can import the ICS file into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any ICS-compatible app. See Calendar Export for details.

Single Appointment ICS

1. Click any appointment on the Calendar
2. Click Download ICS
3. Import the single event into your calendar

API Export (Growth and Scale Plans)

Use the REST API to programmatically export:

• Leads and scores
• Conversation history
• Property inventory
• Appointment data
• Usage statistics

Data Portability

If you decide to leave Sift, we recommend exporting:

1. Leads → CSV export
2. Appointments → ICS export (full date range)
3. Properties → available via API (Growth or Scale) or re-download your original upload files
