After signing up, you'll be redirected to the onboarding wizard.

The onboarding wizard collects your agency details in 7 steps:

1. Company name and type of agency
2. Location (city and country)
3. Agent name — what your AI agent will call itself
4. Personality — professional, friendly, or casual tone
5. Greetings — your agent's opening message to new leads
6. Property upload — upload an Excel file or skip for now
7. Review — confirm everything and finish

Your agent needs listings to recommend. The fastest way:

1. Go to Sources in the sidebar
2. Click Upload File
3. Upload an Excel or CSV file with your property data
4. Sift auto-maps your columns (title, price, bedrooms, location, etc.)
5. Review the mapping and confirm

1. Go to Playground in the sidebar
2. Type a message like "I'm looking for a 3-bed semi in Hackney, budget around £500k, we're chain-free"
3. Watch how the agent qualifies the lead, searches your properties, and responds

The config panel on the left lets you adjust the agent's behavior in real time.

1. Go to Deploy in the sidebar
2. Copy the embed code snippet
3. Paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag
4. The chat widget appears in the bottom-right corner

That's it — your agent is now live and talking to visitors.
