Sift offers three plans for UK estate agencies. All plans include the web chat widget, SMS, and email, with unlimited lead qualification. Usage is governed by a single credit wallet that all channels draw from (see How credits work).

How Credits Work
Lead qualification is unlimited on every plan — there is no lead cap. Each AI action draws from your monthly credit wallet:

A typical lead works out at roughly 10 credits (around eight web-chat turns plus an email notification), so Starter's 5,000 credits cover ~450 leads/month, Growth ~1,350, and Scale ~4,000. If you run low, buy a top-up pack or enable auto-recharge.
