Calendar Export

Export your appointments as ICS files that can be imported into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar application that supports the ICS format.

Export Options

Single Appointment

1. Go to Calendar in the sidebar
2. Click on an appointment
3. Click Download ICS
4. Open the .ics file with your calendar app to add just that appointment

Date Range Export

1. Go to Calendar
2. Click the Export button
3. Select a date range (From and To dates)
4. Click Download
5. The ICS file contains all appointments within that range

ICS File Format

The exported files follow the RFC 5545 standard (iCalendar format). Each appointment includes:

• Event title (lead name + "Property Viewing")
• Date and time
• Duration (1 hour)
• Status (CONFIRMED, CANCELLED)
• Notes (if any)

Importing ICS Files

You can also import ICS files to set up availability:

1. Go to Calendar
2. Click Import ICS
3. Upload an .ics file
4. Sift parses the events and creates availability slots based on the schedule
