Data Management
The Settings page lets you delete data in bulk — useful for cleaning up test data, starting fresh, or managing storage.
Accessing Data Management
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Scroll to the Data Management section
Bulk Delete Options
| Action | What Gets Deleted |
|---|---|
| Delete All Chat Logs | All messages and conversation records. Leads are preserved. |
| Delete All Leads | All lead records and their associated data. Conversations are preserved. |
| Delete All Properties | All properties from uploads, scraping, and manual entry. |
How to Delete
Under Data Management, click the red Delete button next to the data type you want to remove.
A confirmation modal appears. You must type DELETE (in caps) to confirm. This prevents accidental deletion.
The deletion processes immediately. A success message confirms when it's done.
Bulk deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recycle bin or recovery option. Make sure you export any data you need before deleting.
What Gets Preserved
Each delete action is scoped:
- Deleting chat logs preserves leads, properties, appointments, and settings
- Deleting leads preserves conversations, properties, and settings
- Deleting properties preserves leads, conversations, and settings
To delete everything including your account, see Deleting Your Account.
Common Reasons to Bulk Delete
- Cleaning up test data after initial setup and Playground testing
- Starting a new season — clear old leads while keeping your properties
- Switching property sources — delete old properties before importing from a new source
