Playground
The Playground is your testing ground. It lets you have conversations with your AI agent and adjust its configuration in real time — before deploying to real leads.
Layout
The Playground has two panels:
- Config panel (left) — Agent settings you can change on the fly
- Chat simulator (right) — A live chat interface where you play the role of a lead
Changes to the config panel take effect immediately in the next message.
Config Panel
The config panel lets you adjust:

| Agent name | The name the agent introduces itself as |
| Personality | Professional, Friendly, or Casual tone |
| Greeting | Opening message for new conversations |
Tip
Try different personality settings and watch how the agent's word choice and tone change in real time.
Testing Conversations
- Type a message in the chat input at the bottom
- The agent responds using your real property data and configuration
- Continue the conversation to test qualification, property matching, and appointment booking
What to test
- UK qualification signals — say you're chain-free, mention you have a DIP, or ask about Help to Buy; verify the agent captures these in the conversation summary
- Property matching — Ask for specific criteria (bedrooms, budget, location) and verify the agent suggests relevant listings
- Qualification flow — See how the agent asks about budget, timeline, and requirements
- Appointment booking — If you have availability set up, test how the agent suggests times
- Edge cases — Try off-topic questions, vague requests, or unrealistic budgets
Starting a new conversation
Click the New Chat button to clear the conversation and start fresh. Each Playground session is independent.
Playground vs Live
The Playground uses the exact same AI engine as the live widget, SMS, and email. The only differences:

Playground conversations don't count against your message limit, so test as much as you want.
