A tour of the Sift dashboard and its pages
Dashboard Overview
The Sift dashboard is your control center. It's where you configure your agent, manage leads, monitor performance, and deploy to your channels.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar on the left gives you access to every section:

| Analytics | View conversation stats, lead volume, and scoring trends |
| Chat Logs | Read full conversation transcripts between the agent and leads |
| Leads | Browse all leads with scoring badges, contact info, and CSV export |
| Sources | Upload Excel/CSV files and manage scraping profiles |
| Calendar | Set weekly availability, manage appointments, block dates |
| Deploy | Get the embed code for your website widget and configure SMS and email channels |
| Integrations | Third-party integrations (coming soon) |
| Settings | Data management, account settings, and danger zone |
At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll find:
- Billing link — manage your plan and usage
- Sign Out button — ends your session
- Credits display — shows your remaining messages for the month
Quick Tour
Playground
The most-used page during setup. Split into a config panel (left) and chat simulator (right). Changes to the agent config take effect immediately.
Analytics
Shows your message volume, lead counts, and scoring distribution over time. Use the date range picker to filter by period.
Chat Logs
Every conversation with a real lead (not Playground tests) is saved here. Click any conversation to read the full transcript. Returning leads show updated summaries.
Leads
A table of all leads with their qualification score (Hot/Warm/Cold), contact info, source (Web Widget, SMS, or Email), and AI-generated summary. Export to CSV on Growth and Scale plans.
Sources
Two ways to add properties: file upload (Excel/CSV) and website scraping profiles. Your property inventory is what the agent searches when matching leads.
Calendar
A weekly calendar grid showing your availability (lime stripes), blocked dates (red overlay), and booked appointments. The agent uses this to suggest real viewing times.
Deploy
Get your web widget embed code and configure your SMS and email channels. This is where you make your agent live.
Theme
The dashboard uses a dark theme with:
- Background: Dark slate (#0a0e14)
- Accent: Lime green (#c3f73a)
- Fonts: DM Sans (body), Syne (brand headings)
All native form controls (date pickers, selects) render in dark mode automatically.
