Chat Logs
Chat Logs shows every real conversation your AI agent has had with leads — from the web widget, SMS, and email. Playground conversations are not included.
Viewing Conversations
- The left panel shows a list of all conversations, sorted by most recent
- Click any conversation to see the full transcript in the right panel
- Each message shows who sent it (lead or agent) and the timestamp
Conversation Details
For each conversation, you can see:

| Lead name | Name extracted from the conversation (or "Anonymous") |
| Source | Web Widget, SMS, or Email |
| Started | When the conversation began |
| Messages | Total message count |
| Score | Lead qualification score |
| Summary | AI-generated summary of the conversation |
Conversation Summaries
Each conversation has an AI-generated summary that captures what the lead was looking for. For returning leads — those who come back for another conversation — the summary is updated to reflect the latest interaction, giving you the most current context.
Connected to Real Data
Chat Logs pulls directly from your database. Every message exchanged through the web widget, SMS, or email appears here in real time. This is your audit trail for all lead interactions.
Bulk Delete
If you need to clear your conversation history, go to Settings → Data Management and click Delete All Chat Logs. This removes all messages and conversations permanently.
