Property Management
All your properties — whether uploaded from Excel, scraped from websites, or extracted from documents — live in a single inventory that your agent searches when matching leads.

Property Sources
Each property is tagged with how it entered your system:
| Source | Description |
|---|---|
| Upload | Imported from an Excel or CSV file |
| Scrape | Extracted from a website via scraping profile |
| Manual | Added directly (via API) |
How the Agent Uses Properties
When a lead describes what they're looking for, the agent searches your inventory using:
- Budget range — matches properties within the lead's stated budget
- Location — filters by area, neighbourhood, or city
- Bedrooms — matches exact or close bedroom count
- Property type — flat, house, detached, semi-detached, terraced, bungalow, studio, maisonette
The agent presents 2–3 matching properties with key details and asks if the lead wants to learn more or schedule a viewing.
The agent searches your local database — it never calls external property APIs. This means your inventory must be kept up to date for accurate matching.
Keeping Data Fresh
- Re-upload Excel files when you have updated listings
- Re-run scraping profiles to fetch the latest from websites
- Delete outdated properties that are no longer available
- For Scale plan users, enable daily or weekly auto-scraping to keep website-sourced listings current
Deleting Properties
Individual properties
Select a property and delete it from the detail view.
Bulk delete
To delete all properties at once, go to Settings → Data Management → Delete All Properties. See Data Management.
Deleting properties removes them from the agent's searchable inventory. The agent won't be able to suggest deleted listings to leads.
